We are delighted to announce one more exhibitor for Yarningham.
Yarn Angels are a new Birmingham based dye duo of Lizzie and Fiona. The produce mostly one of a kind, hand dyed skeins on a wide range of fibres including merino, silk, alpaca and bamboo.
We are pleased as punch that Yarningham will be Yarn Angels’ first fibre festival. We had hoped to find a dye company based here in our home town of Birmingham when we started putting Yarningham together. It turned out to be a long search to find someone, but I think you will agree it was worth the wait. Their skeins look wonderful. I can’t wait to get my hands on some.
And with only 6 weeks to go until Yarningham, I won’t have to wait too long!
We are very excited to announce Yarningham, our inaugural wool show held here in Birmingham.
Yarningham is a 2 day marketplace for some of our favourite dyers and independent producers from the UK and beyond to exhibit in the heart of the country. Yarningham also features a programme of workshops led by industry specialists.
Taking place on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th July and held at Stirchley Baths, a Victorian swimming baths located approx. 3 miles from the city centre, that has been restored into a new community hub.
We’ll be announcing our exhibitors on 1st May, until then you can browse our programme of workshops over on the website here.
So, put the dates in your diaries stitchers.
