Even more raffle prizes

We told you that there is a bumper pot of prizes available in our raffle and we weren’t joking.

Here’s a few more pics of some of the prizes available.  Oh yes, and there’s a star prize too but we’ll save that for another post.

Raffle tickets will cost £1 each or £4 for 5 tickets and will be available from the Yarningham merchandise stand located in the main hall.

All proceeds raised will be donated to this year’s charity RSVP.  For more information about RSVP visit their website.

Advanced tickets for Yarningham marketplace are £5 (+ booking fee) and are available here.

Raffle Prizes

We are delighted to be supporting this year’s charity RSVP with a raffle.

RSVP (Rape and Sexual Violence Project) are an award-winning organisation working with survivors of sexual violence and abuse in Birmingham and Solihull to cope with trauma and rebuild wellbeing, confidence and hopefulness. They support survivors of any age, and any gender with therapeutic and practical services, including specialist support for LGBT and asylum-seeking/refugee survivors as well as sex workers.

Our exhibitors and audience have donated a bumper prize pot and here’s a little teaser of what you could win. There is also a star prize that we can’t wait to share with you, but more on that later.

We want to say a big thank you to everyone who has donated a prize. Your generosity will help us raise funds for this vital service.

Raffle tickets will cost £1 each or £4 for 5 tickets and will be available only at Yarningham merchandise stand located in the main hall.

Advanced tickets for Yarningham Marketplace are £5 (+ booking fee) and available here.

Raffle prizes

We will be holding a raffle at Yarningham to help raise funds for this year’s charity Knit Aid.

Once again our exhibitors have been very generous in donating prizes for you lucky stitchers to win.

We also have a very special star prize but more on that later.

To stand a chance of winning you’ll need to buy a raffle ticket at this year’s Yarningham. All winners will be drawn after the show on Monday 17 July.

Animal Encounters are a community based project in Winson Green, Birmingham who work with local schools, churches and community projects to give inner city residents the chance to meet and learn about non domestic and exotic animals.

We are very excited that Cookies and Cream will be our special guests on Saturday 16th July at Yarningham, opening the festival.  They will then stay a while to be petted, brushed, feed and walked by you lovely lot.

Animal Encounters have also kindly agreed to donate 2 fleeces from Cookies and Cream for our Yarningham raffle.

The fleeces will be our star prize.  So to be in with a chance to win you will need to attend Yarningham and buy a raffle ticket. We’ll be announcing more raffle prizes from our exhibitors over the next couple of weeks.

Not sure what you would do with 2 alpaca fleeces? Sign up for our drop spindle workshop and learn how to spin your own yarn.
