We gave Jimi a wide brief asking for the design to be inspired by something from or about Birmingham.
“Taking influence from Birmingham’s multicultural qualities: Asian textiles, park landscapes and the cities architecture, Highbury Halter Top is a youthful and playful design.”

Jimenez aka JIMIKNITS has been designing knitting patterns since 2011. She explores shape, colour and texture with her patterns, while making them enjoyable to knit as well as flattering to wear.
Her popular designs: Aggregate, Boss, Tower of Strength and ByeLine have been engaging knitters around the world.
A bit of a gadget fiend, she also writes patterns for the Addi Express circular machine and has recently started learning how to use a flat bed knitting machine.
