So here it is – The Yarningham 2019 raffle star prize. Aren’t they beautiful? This is a custom colourway created just for us by Jo Knit Sew.
We’ll be giving away all 5 skeins as our star prize. Yes, that’s right you could win all 5 skeins for just £1!
All proceeds from our raffle will be donated to RSVP, a B’ham/Solihull charity supporting children and adults of all genders to live a confident hopeful future after sexual abuse.
Raffle tickets will be available from the Yarningham merchandise stall in Yarningham Marketplace. Raffle tickets will be £1 each or 5 for £4.

Places of interest nearby
Moseley Village is home to Guthrie and Ghani (pictured below), a haberdashery and fabric shop founded by Great British Sewing Bee contestant Lauren Guthrie.
Highbury Park (pictured below), Kings Heath Park and Cannon Hill Park are all within a short walk of Uffculme.
Within Canon Hill Park is the Midlands Arts Centre (MAC) which has a wide programme of events and activities. There is also the Birmingham Wildlife Conservation Park in Canon Hill Park, which is home to many animals and birds.
Some of our exhibitors will have card machines, but cash is always accepted!!
The nearest cash point is located outside Asda Supermarket, 99 High Street, Birmingham, B30 2YY 5mins walk from Uffculme Centre.

So here they are. Our exclusive colourways created by Ellen of Mrs Lam Yarns for Yarningham 2019. On the left is ‘Ikon Gallery’ and the right is ‘Yarningham’. Both colourways have been designed to work together or on their own.
We are delighted with what Ellen has created for us. We think both colourways are stunning.

Places to meet, eat and drink
Uffculme has an onsite cafe serving light meals, sandwiches, hot and cold drinks and snacks. There will also be a dedicated cake stand serving delicious home made treats.
There is also plenty of outdoor space at the venue so if you want to bring a picnic rug and your own picnic, please do.
Uffculme is a very short walk away from Kings Heath High Street, which has a wide variety of places to eat and drink, including Bloom, (pictured below) a place where speciality coffee meets considered food, Grace + James, a wine shop, bar and deli and The Early Bird, a coffee shop and bakery
Just a short walk from the venue is Moseley Village, where you can find The Village Pub, that serves meals, snacks, soft drinks and tipples; Lewis’s, (pictured below) a neighbourhood cafe & restaurant; Damascena, serving coffee, tea and a selection of delicious food.
Due to a last minute cancellation from Hooligan Yarns, we are delighted to announce that Lay Family Yarn will be exhibiting at Yarningham 2019.
Kelly along with daughter Megan dye yarns inspired largely by nature and the things around them. Their style uses subtle shades, pastels and speckles on a variety of bases.
